These great cotton five-pocket trousers are made of South American Pima cotton, which allows approximately 25 km of yarn to be used in a pair of trousers.
There are two elements for achieving the super black effect:
Pre-mercerizing the untreated fabric and the dye has a particular molecular structure that allows a lot of color to be applied to the fibers, which then produces a very deep 'impression' of the colour black. This permanent black effect lasts for approx. 20 home launderings. Black stays black, without turning gray.
In addition, this fabric has been treated with an easy-care finish that ensures fast wrinkle recovery and also helps make the fabric easier to iron.
